Why use Just Fix it?
I charge a service fee of $100. I cover the Gold coast 24/7.
Other companies charge a $44 call out fee and then a minimum of $88 for the first billable hour and then $22 every 15 minutes thereafter.
I know what I am doing.
Other companies use a contractor who gets paid by the billable hour. Therefore the longer he takes the more he gets paid. A lot of these contractors are not vetted and do not always know what they are doing.
I have a true No Fix No Fee policy.
Other companies will tell you that your computer has too many problems to fix and that you will need a new one. Then they slug you with a bill.
You will always be dealing with me and no one else. Therefore I will build up a history of your machine. You can also speak to me directly or email me with questions.
Other companies let you talk to a dispatcher or a recorded message. They will not help you with simple problems over the phone because they want your billable hours.
I should know as I have worked for a few of them.
